Verbena bonariensis

Posted by blueberrytalk on September 12, 2011

The numerous Verbena bonariensis plants we have this year self seeded from one plant last year. The ability to self seed so readily could get this plant labelled as an “invasive species”. It rises to a height well above most weeds. Unlike Sedum it attracts a wide range of pollinating insects.
