The almost black buckwheat honey blends nicely with honey from other floral sources. The strong buckwheat honey flavor is lost among the other nectar sources.

When some buckwheat stalks where thrown into the sheep enclosure some of the buckwheat germinated in the grass. Fast growing buckwheat seems to take over anywhere!

Visiting the neighbor
